Awesome Rental House !!I recently rented this house for our family beach weekend and it certainly met all expectations for rental property. It is beautiful house, decorated so nicely, cabinets, etc. stocked as well and the views from the house are just awesome. We really appreciated having the elevator for use in unloading and loading and for general use. We had a wonderful time while there enjoying the quietness at the time of year with not many folks in the houses near us.

Beautiful House!!!I recently rented this house for a girls weekend trip. The house is absolutely beautiful and the location is great! The house had views from all angles and a lot of outdoor space. The elevator also came in handy when unloading and reloading our cars. We loved staying here and had a great time with great memories!!!

Awesome GetawayWe had a wonderful vacation at High Seas. The home has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Directly across a quiet dead end street from the beach. This beach here is beautiful, lots of beach front and very private. Views from almost every room with amazing balconies to watch the sunrise and sunset - front and rear of the house. Watch the Dolphins in the early morning from the front balconies. Pack a bag....you really don't need to bring much of anything - very well appointed. A short ride from restaurants and shopping. A beautifully decorated home that any family will enjoy...

BeautifulThe High Seas house was beautiful inside and out. It may look too good to be true but it's not! Every room except the bunk bed room has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The pictures of the main level with the kitchen don't do it any justice as it is much bigger in person. Hardly anyone on the beach so no need to run out the door in the morning to get a spot. All in all it was a beautiful setting for a great vacation.

BeautifulThe house was clean, spacious, and located steps from the beach. As a bonus, every window had a spectacular view! We vacationed with several couples and loved how we all had plenty of room. Great location and the beach was beautiful. We'd definitely go back!

Wonderful Family VacationHigh Seas is a beautiful home - and just what our family needed for a relaxing vacation getaway. We have stayed at other homes on Topsail Island and this was our favorite! The ocean view was AMAZING and the beach was private and peaceful. The home had lovely furnishings, plenty of space, and lots of toys for our one-year old granddaughter. Awesome Vacation HomeHigh Seas is a wonderful home fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. We have stayed at several VRBO homes on past vacations and have never had the excellent service that we received from Jon. We had a leak in the pipe under the sink and a problem with the refrigerator and contacted Jon regarding the problems. Within 1 hour of contacting him, he responded back to us that someone would be on their way to fix the problems. He even went as far as calling us back to make sure that everything was fixed. I would highly recommend staying at the High Seas.

Heaven!!!Our 2 week stay at High Seas was fantastic!!! We will definitely be coming back next year. The house looked great on the website but was even nicer in person and had everything you needed. The beach and views were just spectacular! Thank you again for allowing us to share your beautiful beach home!!! We all had a great time!!!

Family FunHigh seas was the PERFECT vacation home for our family get away. It was super clean, close to the beach, an elevator that was used by everyone, and very kid friendly with toys and plastic dishes. The views are amazing!

Beautiful High SeasMy family and I had such a wonderful time at this place. I had an issue when I first checked in because I didn't know how to work the elevator, but Jon was responsive and quickly told me how to use it and I got the hang of it as the week progressed. There was plenty of room for entertainment and lots of toys to keep the kids busy. I highly recommend this place and am planning to go back next year to enjoy the great morning breakfast views and walks on the beach. Thanks Jon and family....

Amazing!We stayed 4 nights at your beautiful ocean home. Every hour was wonderful. Your home is perfect for children and large families. Plenty of dishes and kitchen tools to cook meals enjoyed at the spacious dining table as we watched the waves along the beach. Lots of toys for the children to keep them busy while not at the beach. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks so much.

Wonderful SpotEverything about this home is perfect! Nothing was overlooked. The elevator was wonderful for moving luggage and groceries around. Great view's of the ocean. Several large Dolphin pods were outside every afternoon for about an hour.

Awesome GetawayWe absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Our family takes a long weekend beach trip each fall and it's always the best of times spent with all of our daughters, their husbands and our grandkids. This beach house was perfect for us and the ocean made the best backdrop for our family photos. The many views from the different decks of the sun rising over the ocean each morning was a beautiful thing. We appreciated all of the amenities available in this home and will absolutely look to return next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We'll be back...

Absolute Perfection!I rented this property along with several of my family members to extend our stay in the sunny south after attending a family wedding in Wilmington, NC. The views were amazing, the beach outstanding and the furnishings were very pleasant and comfortable. It was so nice to have an elevator to move all our belongings in and out. We were also blessed with perfect weather during our four day stay. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants the total beach experience. Thank you Jon, and family for sharing your beautiful home with me and my family. We hope to return some day!

Great Home for All AgesThe house is awesome. Very well stocked with everything you need. The views are spectacular, especially from the 3'rd and 4'th floor.
If you have senior parents, the elevator is a lifesaver. We brought my 86 year old dad and 80 year old aunt down. Steps are always a problem with my dad, and the elevator made the vacation so much more enjoyable and less stressful for the rest of us.
The house has comfortable beds, great TVs in every room, beach is only a few steps. The house sits at the end of a dead end road, so children can bicycle at the end of the road and you do not have to worry about traffic.

Fantastic Beach HomeThis is a beautiful beach home with uninterrupted views of both the ocean and the intracoastal waterway.
The owners did a fantastic job decorating. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings, extremely well stocked kitchen and special touches through-out the home.
This home is in a narrow part of the island, so we had the beach practically to ourselves.
The decks have tall chairs so you can sit out and see dolphins almost daily. Cool breezes and beautiful sunrises from the beach side. Cool breezes and beautiful sunsets on the sound side.
Easy beach access and elevator to all floors, make this an excellent homes for families or parties like ours (ages 55-65).
The owners were excellent to work with and we will be renting this again.
