The House
High Seas is a fantastic 5 bedroom beach home. Built in 2014, with all amenities and unbeatable views.
Ocean Side
The ocean side features three large decks to enjoy the ocean breezes and incredible vistas.

The sound side features three open decks with fantastic views of the intracoastal waterway.

A fully stocked kitchen, complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen features a breakfast bar to seat four.

Master Suite 1
High Seas boasts three master suites. The largest is on the lower bedroom level, ocean side, and features a comfortable king size bed. As with all our bedrooms, a flat screen smart HDTV is provided for your entertainment. This bedroom also features a baby crib.
Master Suite 2
The second master suite is located on the top level, ocean side. Featuring a queen size bed, flat screen HDTV and full en-suite bathroom.
Master Suite 3
Our third suite is also located on the top level, ocean side. It also boasts the features of a queen size bed, flat screen HDTV and full en-suite bathroom.
Guest Room
The guest room is located on the lower level, ocean side. Featuring a queen size bed, flat screen HDTV and convenient access to the adjacent hall bath.
Bunk Room
Perfect for kids and teens (or maybe even the young at heart), the bunk room is located on the lower level, sound side. It features two sets of bunk beds, flat screen HDTV and convenient access to the adjacent hall bath.

Did we mention how amazing the views are? Well here is another reminder!
